Commission and the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas will hold a
public hearing on March 28, 1972 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council
Room at the City all in Grapevine, Texas to consider the rezoning of Tract '2A,
H. Suggs Survey, Abstract 1415 (38.435 acres) and Tract 5A1, Andrew
Anderson Survey, Abstract 26 (.751 acres) f'rom "R-111 Residential
Zoning to "L-111 Light Industrial Zoning. (General location - joins
North end of RegiLonal Airport)

DEAR PROPERTY OWNER:
An application for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance Map has
been filed with the City Planning Commission. The application
request that the property located At joins No. end of Regional AirpoEt,
Tract 2A,, H. Suggs Survey, Abst-_1415 (38.435 acres) and Tract 5A1,,
Andrew Anderson Survey, Abst. 26 (.751 acres), be changed from its
current zone, the,"R-111 Residential Zone, to the "L-111 Light
