The site contains 0.225 acre and has approximately 66.27 feet of frontage along East Wall Street. REQUESTED ZONE CHANGE AND COMMENTS: The applicant is requesting to rezone 0.225 acre from “HC”, Highway Commercial District to “R-7.5”, Single-Family District to construct a new single-family residential dwelling.
