Any application for a change in zoning or for an amendment to the zoning ordinance shall have, from the date of submittal, a period of four months to request and be scheduled on an agenda before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. If after said period of four months an application has not been scheduled before the Commission and Council said application shall be considered withdrawn, with forfeiture of all filing fees. The Floor Plan submitted IS the Existing Floor Plan, therefore are you requesting that we provide additional Floor Plans that show the Seating and the other elements requested as well as a NEW PROPOSED Floor Plan showing POS, Alcohol, etc locations? 3. Will the City require speaker plan similar to Blue Goose too as there is no patio? 4. We will provide a Master Site Plan from same Engineer as provided for Blue Goose. 5. One floor plan is sufficient to show existing and proposed. The alcohol storage area(s) will be shown as proposed. The final floor plan will include the seating layout including the seating types. The current floor plan looks more like a contractor plan. When the floor plan is reduced to an 11 " x 17" sheet many of the details currently shown may restrict clarity of the plan. 3. Will the City require speaker plan similar to Blue Goose too as there is no patio? A speaker plan will not be necessary since no outdoor seating is proposed. 4. We will provide a Master Site Plan from same Engineer as provided for Blue Goose. MR 5. When is next deadline for Submittal to get on the Agenda?
