' SUBJECT: QUARTERLY COUNCIL WORKSHOP ITEMS
' 1} Leon Younger, President of Pros Consulting will present the business and staffing
plans for the expansion and renovation af the Community Activities Center. Mr.
; Younger has been working with staff over the past two months to prepare the plans.
Staff will be meeting with the consultant on June 11 th to finalize the plans.
2) As discussed at a previous workshop, Council requested staff to research funding
alternatives for the capital construction cost of the Public Safety Building and CAC
expansian. Our finance team will present alternatives for Council to provide your
direction.
