RECOMMENDATION: Consider Mayor's appointments of Council Liaisons to the City's Boards
and Commissions and to Council Committees.

BACKGROUND: Mayor Tate will appoint City Council Members as liaisons to the City's
Boards and Commissions and will appoint Council Members to the various
Council Committees.
