Advisors, Inc. & Gateway Planning City Council asked staff to schedule topic on workshop on June 17 r-1 Disposition Market Strategy Feasibility Concept Master Plan Project Implementation recommended Approach Overview of market perceptions /demand for property Identify market compatible land uses today and in the future Identify the proposed order of development given market demand Specifically examine market viability of hospitality, entertainment and retail land uses Necessary infrastructure including: Roads - Parking - Utilities Land uses based on the utilization of site topography, clustering and open space Perspective drawings, streetscapes and representation of building height and massing HOR*&AO * * Contract to Council by the July 15 meeting They bring industry leading national and international partners /contacts in the attractions and entertainment industry Significant relevant project experience Experienced team members who have expertise that closely matches our project �Y Market Feasibility Concept Master Plan 0 Goal Setting Workshop Market Reconnaissance Vision Workshop Land Use Alternatives Flexible Development Plan
