HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 1998-026 RESOLUTION NO. 98-26 �� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE 1998 CITY OFFICER/MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE ELECTION AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, there came to be considered the returns of an election held on the 2nd day of May, 1998 for the purpose of electing the hereinafter named officials, and it appearing from said returns, duly and legally made, that there were cast at said election 1,035 valid and legal votes; and WHEREAS, each of the candidates in said election received the following votes: COUNCIL, PLACE 3 ClydeneJohnson..............................................................................................821 COUNCIL, PLACE 4 �.� DarleneFreed...................................................................................................503 HarlanL. Florence .............................................................................................664 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS: Section 1.
