% A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS TRANSFERRING ADMINISTRATION
OF ALL GRANT FUNDS RELATED TO THE STUDY OF THE
ECONOMIC IMPACT OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION IN
TEXAS TO PRESERVATION DALLAS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, The City of Grapevine is currently in charge of administering all funds
related to a study of the economic impact of historic preservation in Texas; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine has determined that the
administration of these funds would be more easily administered by Preservation Dallas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all matters stated in the preamble are true and correct and are
incorporated herein as if copied in their entirety.
- Section 2. The duty of administering these funds and the funds themselves be
transferred to Preservation Dallas.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
