y tt A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
SURPLUS AND/OR SALVAGE; PROVIDING FOR THE
DONATION OF SAID PROPERTY TO THE TARRANT
COUNTY NARCOTICS INTELLIGENCE AND COORDINATION
UNIT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Grapevine is in possession of
surplus and/or salvage property; and
WHEREAS, the Grapevine Police Department participates in the Tarrant County
Narcotics Intelligence and Coordination Unit program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine has numerous items of computer equipment
remaining from the citywide upgrade that has no further value to the City of Grapevine; and
WHEREAS, these items would be of use to the Tarrant County Narcotics
Intelligence and Coordination Unit.
� � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all matters stated in the preamble are true and correct and are
incorporated herein as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2. The following items are declared surplus and are donated to the
Tarrant County Narcotics Intelligence and Coordination Unit:
(a) Six Mouses
(b) Six Keyboards
(c) Six Monitors
(d) Six CPUs
Section 3. That the Grapevine Purchasing Department is authorized to make
these items available to the Tarrant County Narcotics Intelligence and Coordination Unit.
Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
