� � A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS DECLARING
CERTAIN PROPERTY SURPLUS AND/OR SALVAGE;
PROVIDING FOR THE DONATION OF SAID
PROPERTY TO THE GRAPEVINE/COLLEYVILLE
I.S.D.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Grapevine is in possession of
surplus and/or salvage property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine has numerous items of computer equipment
remaining from the citywide upgrade that has no further value to the City of Grapevine; and
WHEREAS, these items would be of use to the Grapevine/Colleyville I.S.D.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all matters stated in the preamble are true and correct and are
� K incorporated herein as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2. The following items are declared surplus and are donated to the
Grapevine/Colleyville I.S.D.:
(a) Ten Mouses
(b) Ten Keyboards
(c) Ten Monitors
(d) Ten CPUs
Section 3. That the Grapevine Purchasing Department is authorized to make
these items available to the Grapevine/Colleyville I.S.D.
Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
