A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
SURPLUS AND/OR SALVAGE; PROVIDING FOR THE
DONATION OF SAID PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF RIVER
OAKS POLICE DEPARTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Grapevine is in possession of
surplus and/or salvage property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine has numerous items of computer equipment
remaining from the citywide upgrade that has no further value to the City of Grapevine; and
WHEREAS, these items would be of use to the City of River Oaks Police
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
{ � Section 1. That all matters stated in the preamble are true and correct and are
incorporated herein as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2. The following items are declared surplus and are donated to the City
of River Oaks Police Department:
(a) Fifteen Mouses
(b) Fifteen Keyboards
(c) Eight Monitors
(d) Five CPUs
Section 3. That the Grapevine Purchasing Department is authorized to make
these items available to the City of River Oaks Police Department.
Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
