A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS APPROVING THE PROCUREMENT
OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO INSTALL AND
CONFIGURE NOVELL BORDER MANAGER SOFTWARE
IN PREPARATION FOR INTERNET ACCESS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine staff has identified the need for the installation
and configuration of certain software to the City's computer network system; and
WHEREAS, the Harding Group has the capability to provide such professional
services to install and configure the system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all of the above premises are found to be true and correct and
are incorporated herein as if copied in their entirety.
� Section 2. That the City of Grapevine, Texas does request the Harding Group
to take all steps necessary to install and configure the system.
Section 3. That this resolution shall become effective from and after the date
of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 5th day of January, 1999.
