GRAPEVINE, TEXAS DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
SURP�US ANDI{�R SALVAGE; PROVIDING FOR THE
SALE OF SAID PROPERTY TO THE HUNT COUNTY,
TEXAS, GC}NSTRBLE'S 4FFICE AND PRQVIDING AN
E�FECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City af Grapevine is in possession of
surplus and/or salvage praperty; and
WHEREAS, the Hunt Gounty Constable's Office is in need af said property and
has offered to purchase said property and in the amount shown below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI� OF THE C(TY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That aii matters sta#ed in the preamble are true and correct and are
incorporated herein as if capied in their entirety,
Section 2. That the following items are declared surplus and are to be sald to
the Hunt Caunty Constable's C}ffice as follows:
4ne Each '#994 Chevrolet Caprice $2,�00.00
One Each 1994 Chevralet Caprice $3,500.00
One Each 1996 Ford Crawn Victoria $4,50Q.00
One Each 1996 Fard Crown Victoria $4,50Q.00
Section 3. That the Grapevine Purchasing Division is authorized to make
these items available for sale to the Nunt Caunty Canstable's t�ffice.
Section 4. That this resolutian shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
