A RESOLUTION OF THE GITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS PROVIDING FQR TNE ISSUANCE QF
A PERMIT AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATION OF A
BUILDING; PRUVEDING FOR A NON-TRANSFERAB�E
PERMIT; PROVIDING A SITE PLAN AND PRqVIDING AN
EFFEGTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, an application was filed to relocate a building on a particular tract of
land; and
WHEREAS, the building afficial investigated the application and determined that all
requirements af the BuiEding Cade and other applicable ordinances had been or wauld be
met; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager, or his designated representative, set a date for
public hearing about which proper notice was given.
NC�W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO�VED BY THE CITY CQUNCI� OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Move-In Building Application M1B99-01 was filed by Jaime
Rangel to locate a structure of approximately 908 square feet from 708 Dave Raad to 728
East Wall �treet, (platted as Lot 1, Block 1, D. E. Box Addition), City of Grapevine, Tarrant
County, Texas and is hereby approved.
Section 2, That said permit is not transferable and shall appiy aniy to the
applicant heretofore mentianed.
Section 3. That said permit be issued in accordance with the site plan attached
as Exhibit "q"
Section 4. That this r�solution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL C}F THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 16th day of November, 1999.
