STATEMENT OF FINDINGS: A. The City has determined that the right-of-way and easements required to be dedicated for streets, utilities, drainage, access, sidewalks and other municipal needs and services are consistent with the City's ordinances and master plan, are reasonable and are connected to the proposed project in the following manner: ❑ The right-of-way provides for future widening of public streets that will serve the development of this site. ® The onsite utility easements provide for a utility network to serve the development of this site.
