RECOMMENDATION:
City Council to consider approval of an Adopt -An -Area agreement with Jodi Guidry for
Kimball Road, from Silvercrest to Roaring Springs. A copy of the agreement is attached
for review.
FUNDING SOURCE:
Adopt -An -Area signage would be placed at both ends of these areas. The total cost of
the signage for this is approximately $150 and will come from the Grounds Maintenance
Account 100-42205-312-3.
BACKGROUND:
The proposed agreement is for a period of two years and requires the applicant to pick
up litter a minimum of six times per year. The Parks & Recreation Advisory Board
approved the agreement at their June 19, 2014 meeting.
Staff recommends approval.
