� • A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS AUTHORIZING PERSONS NAMED
BELOW TO SIGN IN TRANSACTIONS WITH THE FEDERAL
RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the persons named below are those persons who are hereby
authorized and empowered for an in the name and on the behalf of the City of
Grapevine, which is not in contravention of the City Charter, to sign in transactions
with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas until said Federal Reserve Bank has received
notice in writing that this authority, as to any or all of the persons whose names
appear below, has been revoked.
'°"�"'` Section 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes Interim City Manager Roger
Nelson; Director of Administrative Services William A. Gaither and Finance Manager
� Fred L. Werner to sign in transactions with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
