A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS ADOPTING MINIMUM WAGE RATES
FOR FACILITY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas desires to establish
' wage rates for facility construction projects within the corporate limits of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City has previously adopted wage rates for street, drainage and
utility construction projects within the City of Grapevine; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is not amending the prevailing wage rates for
street, drainage and utility construction projects within the City of Grapevine.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

Section 1 . That all matters stated in the preamble are true and correct and are
incorporated herein as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Grapevine hereby adopts the
wage rates for facility construction projects as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein for all purposes.
Section 3. That from and after the date of passage of this resolution, the
"Prevailing Wage Rate for Facility Construction", attached hereto as Exhibit "A", shall
be utilized.
Section 4. That this resolution shall not amend the prevailing wage rates
previously established by the City Council for streets, drainage and utility construction
projects.
Section 5. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.

with the statutory requirements and prevailing local wages:
