A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS APPROVING THE TAX ROLL FOR
1995 ON PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, on July 25, 1995, the Chief Appraiser of the Tarrant Appraisal
District approved and certified to the Grapevine City Council the Tax Roll for 1995 in
the amount of 52,925,896,298.00 plus $24,267,723.00 minimum taxable value of
properties under protest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the certified Tax Roll value for the year 1995 in the amount
of $2,925,896,298.00 for the City of Grapevine, Texas, be and is hereby approved.
'"�"� Section 2. In addition to the value shown in Section 1 above, the Chief
Appraiser has prepared a list of all properties pending disposition before the Appraisal
� Review Board. A projected minimum value of 524,267,723.00 has been assigned to
this property.
Section 3. The sum of the amount shown in Section 1 and Section 2 above,
has been used for calculation of the effective tax rate as described in Section 26.04
of the State Property Tax Code.
Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
