A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS CONTINUING THE CITY'S PRACTICE
AND POLICY OF "ZERO TOLERANCE" FOR ANY ILLEGAL
ACTIVITY OR ACTION PERTAINING TO RACIAL
INSENSITIVITY
WHEREAS, cultural and ethnic diversity is the foundation and strength on which
a community is based; and
WHEREAS, respect, both private and public, for such diversity is the foundation
on which Grapevine was built; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine has and shall continue to provide for the
safety of all its citizens from the illegal activities or actions of any individual or
group(s); and -
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine, as a matter of public record, shall continue
its practice and policy of "ZERO TOLERANCE" for any illegal activity or action
� pertaining to racial insensitivity.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That all matters stated in the preamble are found to be true and
correct and are incorporated into the body of this resolution as if copied in their
entirety.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 2nd day of November , 1993.
