The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Special Session (Workshop) on
this the 2nd day of February, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bessie Mitchell House, 411 Ball
Street, with the following members present to-wit:
William D. Tate Mayor
Ted R. Ware Mayor Pro Tem
Sharron Spencer Council Member
C. Shane Wilbanks Council Member
Clydene Johnson Council Member
Roy Stewart Council Member
Darlene Freed Council Member
constituting a quorum, with the following member of the City Staff:
Roger Nelson City Manager
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Tate called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
ITEM 1. WORKSHOP, GOAL SETTING
Mayor Tate recognized City Manager Nelson who reviewed the City Council's goals list
and associated priorities with the Council.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Pro Tern Ware, seconded by Council Member Freed, offered a motion to adjourn
the meeting at 7:40 p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Tate, Ware, Spencer, Wilbanks, Johnson, Stewart & Freed
Nays: None
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS on this the 15th day of February, 2000.
