A RESOLUTION OF THE GTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO
CONSIDER AMENDING THE GRAPEVINE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 4 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
RELATIVE TO BREW PUBS; AUTHORIZING THE
ADVERTISEMENT FOR PUBLIC HEARING; SETTING A
DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to consider amendments and changes to
the Grapevine Code of Ordinaces, Chapter 4 Alcoholic Beverages; and
WHEREAS, by the passage of this resolution, the City Council does instruct the
City Staff to proceed in a reasonable manner to provide notice requirements necessary
to call a public hearing in order to allow the City Council to consider amendments and
changes to the City's Code of Ordinances.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
- OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That all matters stated above are found to be true and correct and
are incorporated into the body of this resolution as if copied herein in their entirety.
Section 2. The City Council does hereby direct, authorize and instruct the City
Staff to proceed in a reasonable manner to provide notice requirements necessary to
call a public hearing in order to allow the City Council to consider amendments and
changes in accordance with applicable State law, and to take all other necessary and
appropriate action.
Section 3. That a public hearing to consider proposed amendments to Chapter
4 Alcoholic Beverages relative to brew pubs shall be held on January 18, 1994.
Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
