• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING PERSONS NAMED
BELOW TO SIGN IN TRANSACTIONS WITH THE FEDERAL
RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the persons named below are those persons who
are hereby authorized and empowered for and in the name and on the
behalf of the City of Grapevine, which is not in contravention of
our by-laws, to sign in transactions with the Federal Reserve Bank
of Dallas until said Federal Reserve Bank has received notice in
writing that this authority as to any or all of the persons whose
names appear below have been revoked. '
Section 2 . That the City Council hereby authorizes City
Manager, Mark S. Watson; Assistant City Manager, Trent Petty;
,�, ,, Finance Director, Larry Koonce and Assistant Finance Director,
Camelia Browder to sign in transactions with the Federal Reserve
Bank of Dallas.

Section 3 . That this resolution shall be effective from and
after the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 24th day of March , 1992.
