A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS PROVIDING FOR THE
COOPERATION BETWEEN LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL BODIES
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN ITEMS; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine, Texas, pursuant to the
authority granted by the Texas Interlocal Cooperation Act (Article
4413 (32c) V.A.T.S. ) providing for the cooperation between local
governmental bodies for the purchase of certain items; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine is of the opinion that
participation in this cooperative purchase will be highly
beneficial to the taxpayers of this City through the anticipated
savings to be realized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all the matters stated in the preamble of
� this resolution are true and correct and are hereby incorporated
into the body of this resolution as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2 . That the City of Grapevine, Texas does hereby
request Tarrant County Purchasing to include the City's desire to
purchase 15 shelving units in its 1992 records management shelving
specifications.
Section 3 . That this resolution shall take effect from and
; after the date of its passage.
