� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR JUNE 2, 1992 TO RECEIVE INPUT RELATIVE TO
A TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM FRANCHISE AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas is
considering a franchise agreement with GTE Southwest, Incorporated
to operate a telecommunication system within the City; and
WHEREAS, Section 10. 02 of the Grapevine City Charter requires
a public hearing before the City Council may grant a franchisee
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

Section 1. That all matters stated above are found to be true
and correct and are incorporated into the body of this resolution

as if copied herein in their entiretye
I Section 2 . The City Council does hereby set a date of June 2,
�.. 1992, for a public hearing to receive input relative to the
granting of a telecommunication system franchise. The public
hearing will be conducted on June 2, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, Municipal Court Room #205, 307 West Dallas Road,
Grapevine, Texas.
