'� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, FORMALIZING THE INTENT OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS 800MHZ TRUNKING
RADIO SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine, Texas, desires to participate
in the 800MHz Trunking Radio System with the City of Fort Worth for
the Fire and Police Departments; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine, Texas is of the opinion that
participation in this agreement will be beneficial to the City as
a whole and a cost savings to be realized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS;
Section 1. That all the above premises are found to be true
�...�, and correct and are hereby incorporated into the body of this
resolution as if copied in its entirety.
� Section 2 . That the City Council hereby issues its intent to
participate with the City of Fort Worth in the 800MHz Trunking
Radio System. Funding for the Fire portion of the system will be
funded from the FY92-93 budget and the Police system will be funded
from the FY93-94 budget.
Section 3 . That this resolution shall take effect from and
after the date of its passage.
