RESOLUTION NO. g2-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
� OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS ENDORSING AND SUPPORTING
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A LUBY'S CAFETERIA WITHIN
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Luby's Cafeteria is an outstanding restaurant firm
that represents quality customer service to all of its patrons; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine, Texas would significantly
benefit from the establishment and operation of a Luby's Cafeteria
through job generation, tax revenues and spin-off development; and
WHEREAS, the residents of Grapevine would benefit from the
development of Luby's Cafeteria through its ability to serve a wide
range of customers; and
WHEREAS, the proposed site of Luby's Cafeteria is convenient
and accessible to the majority of residents in Grapevine and the
surrounding communities; and
�„ WHEREAS, this location is one of the most attractive
service/retail locations in the state of Texas.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That by the passage of this resolution, the City
of Grapevine expresses its desire to have a Luby's Cafeteria within
the City and does hereby prevail upon Luby's to proceed with
development plans.
Section 2. That this resolution become effective from and
after the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 18th day of August , 1992.
