HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 1991-030 ,�.,.� , RESOLUTION NO. 91-30 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY w�w OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-27 ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 3, 1991 RELATIVE TO CITY OF GRAPEVINE PUBLIC SAFETY PAY PLAN AND MERIT PAY INCREASE CHART AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, On September 3, 1991 the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas, adopted Resolution No. 91-27 which approved the City of Grapevine Pay Plans; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it will be in � the interest of the City's employees to amend Resolution No. 91-27 � to revise the Public Safety Pay Plan and the Merit Pay Increase � Chart. � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY i OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS: ! i I � ,. Section 1. That all the matters stated in the preamble of this resolution are true and correct and are hereby incorporated into the body of this resolution as if copied in their entirety. , � Section 2 . That the City of Grapevine, Texas, Public Safety Pay Plan is hereby approved and adopted as shown in Exhibit "A", j attached hereto and made a part hereof. � i Section 3 . That the City of Grapevine, Texas, Merit Pay Increase Chart is hereby approved and adopted as shown in Exhibit "B" , attached hereto and made a part hereof. ; i Section 4 . That the heretofore described schedules shall be � � in effect from and after the lst day of October, 1991. j PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 17th day of September , 1991.
