RESOLUTION NO. 91 -35
�+ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF
THE 1991 MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE ELECTION AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, there came to be considered the returns of an
election held on the 5th day of November, 1991, for the purpose of
electing the Municipal Court Judge, and it appearing from said
returns fully and legally made that there were cast at said
election 650 valid and legal ,votes; that the candidate in said
election received the following vote:
MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE
David Florence . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 610
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

Section 1. That said election was duly called; that notice of
said election was given in accordance with law; and that said
�r election was held in accordance with law; and that the following
named person was duly elected to the office indicated:
David Florence . . . . . . . . . . . .Municipal Court Judge
Section 2 . That the said above person is hereby declared duly
elected to said respective office, subject to the taking of the
oath and filing bond as provided by the laws of this State and the
; ordinances of this City.
� Section 3 . That this resolution shall become effective from

and after the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 5th day of November , 1991.
