RESOLUTION NO. 91-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
'�' OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE NORTH
CENTRAL TEXAS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS AND THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE FOR VARIOUS PURCHASING
CONTRACTS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine, Texas, desires to
participate in the interlocal agreement with the North Central
Texas Council of Governments; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine, Texas, is of the opinion
that participation in this agreement will be beneficial to City
as a whole and an anticipated savings to be realized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GR.APEVINE, TEXAS:

Section 1 . That all of the above premises are found to be
true and correct and are hereby incorporated into the body of
°"�""' this resolution as if copied in its entirety.
Section 2 . That the City Council hereby approves of the
contract between the City and the North Central Texas Council of
Governments and authorizes the City Manager to execute said
agreement.
Section 3 . That this resolution shall take effect from and
after the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 8th day of January , 1991 .
