RESOLUTION NO. 91-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
`�" OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 90-39 ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 28, 1990
ESTABLISHING A CITIZEN'S DRAINAGE REVIEW
COMMITTEE; EXPANDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF SAID
COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, on December 18, 1990, the City Council of the City
of Grapevine, Texas (the "City") adopted Resolution No. 90-39
establishing a Citizen's Drainage Review Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined there is a need to
amend Resolution No. 90-39 to increase the membership of said
Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all of the matters stated in the preamble
of this resolution are hereby incorporated into the body of this
,�:..� resolution as though fully set forth herein.
Section 2 . That Section 1 of Resolution No. 90-39 adopted
� by the City Council on December 18, 1990 is hereby amended in its
entirety to read as follows:
"Section 1. That the Citizen's Drainage Review
Committee is hereby created, the composition of said
board shall consist of seven (7) members and as many
alternate members as deemed necessary by the City
Council, representing varying technical/business
backgrounds, and which may or may not be presently
serving on a City board or committee. "
Section 3 . That this resolution shall become effective from
and after the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
