A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND/OR SALVAGE, NAMELY,
1963 CHEVROLET, CORVETTE LICENSE N0. 190-SAF
CAR REGISTRATION NO. 30867S700739; PROVIDING
�► FOR THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE SALE OF SAID
PROPERTY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Grapevine is
in possession of surplus and/or salvage property. �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the item described in Exhibit "A" , attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby declared surplus and/or
salvage.
Section 2. That the City Manager of the City of Grapevine,
Texas, or his designee, is hereby authorized to dispose of said
property.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from and
after its passage, and it is accordingly so resolved.
