A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR AUGUST 7 , 1990 TO RECEIVE INPUT RELATIVE
TO THE GRANTING OF A TAXICAB FRANCHISE AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

WHEREAS, the City Council has received an application for a
taxicab franchise from Independent Cab Company and Executive Cab
� Company to operate a taxicab business within the City; and
WHEREAS, Section 10 . 02 of the Grapevine City Charter
requires a public hearing before the City Council may grant a
franchise.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That all matters stated above are found to be
true and correct and are incorporated into the body of this
resolution as if copied herein in their entirety.
Section 2. The City Council does hereby set a date of
August 7, 1990 for a public hearing to receive input relative to
the granting of a taxicab franchise. The public hearing will be
conducted on August 7 , 1990 at 7 :30 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
Municipal Court Room #205 , 307 West Dallas Road, Grapevine,
Texas.
� ^ Section 3 . That this resolution shall take effect from and
after the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 17th day of July , 1990 .
