SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF OWNER FURNISHED AGREEMENT WITH SCHNEIDER
ELECTRIC SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: City Council to consider approval of the purchase of electrical services
from Schneider Electric for the Animal Services Facility.
FUNDING SOURCE: Funds are available in the Capital Equipment Fund 325 for an estimated
amount of $54,000.
BACKGROUND: This purchase will provide for the installation of security doors at the
renovated Animal Services Facility. These security doors and locks fully
integrate with other City facilities and were included in the project plan.
The project scope and budget provided for the acquisition of several
owner-furnished/owner-installed items as a way to reduce total project
costs.
Staff recommends approval.
