RESOLUTION NO. 90-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
� OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A CITIZEN' S
DRAINAGE REVIEW COMMITTEE AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine approved
the Grapevine Master Drainage Plan contract on December 4 , 1990
with Freese & Nichols, Inc. ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine feels
that there is a need to create a Citizen Drainage Review
Committee to assist the consultants in developing the drainage
policy and drainage guidelines for the City of Grapevine; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires the committee to
consist of seven (7) members which may also jointly serve on
other City boards and committees and which members may have
technical backgrounds which would compliment the study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
�""' Section 1 . That the Citizen Drainage Review Committee is
hereby created, the composition of said board shall consist of
seven (7) members, consisting of varying technical/business
backgrounds, and which may or may not be presently serving on a
City board or committee.
Section 2 . This resolution shall take effect from and after
the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 18th day of December , 1990 .
