The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tate.

Mayor Tate then stated the City Council and Planning & Zoning Camnission �uld
recess to the Conference Room for a joint E�ecutive Session to discuss pending
litigation pursuant to Article 6252-17, V.A.T.C.S. , Subsection (e) .

Follawing a lengthy �ecutive Session, all members of the City Council and
Planning & Zoning C�Lission, with the exception of M�n�ber Tcgn Pawers, recon-
vened in the Council Chambers.
It was noted that no action was necessary by the City Council or Planning &
Zoning Can�ission at this time.

Council Nlember Larry Oliver then made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The
�rwr motion, seconded by Council Nlember Dunn, prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Tate, Ware, Oliver, Dunn, Brekken, Dyer, & Glynn
