Oliver Council Member Charles Dunn Council Member �� William Shafer Council Me.mber Marion Brekken Council Memb�r Rc�n Dyer Council Member constituting a quonnn, with the following members of the City Staff: James L. Hancock City Manager Bill Eisen Assistant City Manager Shirley Armstrong City Secretary with City Attorney John F. Boyle, Jr. absent. �,pr,r, TO ORDER Mayor Tate called the �eting to order. INVOCATION The Invocation was delivered by Mayor Pro Tem Ted Ware. ��--:.. RESOLUTION, EL,EC.TION RESULTS Mayor Tate advised that the only order of business was for the City Council to .�>..� consider a resolution declaring the results of the 1983 City Officers Election and calling a run-off election. 'I'he City Secretary outlined the resolution containing the results of the April 2 election and recom�nded that a run-off election be called for April 16 for the purpose of selecting a Council Member for Place 3. There being little discussion, Council Nlesnber Dunn made a m�tion to adopt the resolution declaring the results of the April 2 City Officers Election and calling a runroff election for April 16. The mption was seconded by Council M�nber Oliver and prevailed by the follawing vote: Ayes: Tate, Ware, Oliver, Dunn, Shafer, Brekken, & Dyer Nays: None RESOLUTION NO. 83-15 A RESOI�iJTION DEICLARING � RESULTS OF THE 1983 CITY OFFIC,ER'S II�C.`I'ION AND CALLING A RUN-0FF II�3C`rION N AATOURI�II�'lIIVT There being no further business to came before the Council, Council Member �,,,�_� Oliver made a mr�tion to adjourn.
