AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS ON WILLIAM D.
TATE AVENUE; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND
PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE
EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE

WHEREAS, the construction of improvements of portions of
William D. Tate Avenue has been completed and inspected and found
�,:;.y, by the City Council to be satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That a portion of William D. Tate Avenue has
been improved in accordance with the plans and specifications for
said improvements. The portion that has been improved is
described as follows:
William D. Tate Avenue from State Highway 114 to one
hundred sixty-eight feet (168 ' ) south of Dallas Road
Section 2 . That the City has examined and inspected the
completed improvements and it is hereby found that said work and
improvements have been performed and completed in compliance with
the terms of said contract and plans and specifications and the
same are hereby accepted and approved by the City Council.
Section 3 . That the City has heretofore approved the final
property owner rolls and estimates and said assessments shall be
paid in accordance with said rolls and estimates.

Section 4 . That the first installment of the assessment for
said improvements against the abutting property owners shall be
due and payable to the City within thirty (30) days from the date
of this ordinance accepting the work as provided in Ordinance
No. 88-33 passed and approved by the City Council on May 9, 1988.
Section 5. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 19th day of Se�tember , 1989 .
