CI'I'Y OF GRAPEVINE, �'FXAS :
Scction 1 . That a portion of the City of Grapevine utility
easemeiit zs recorded in Volume 388-150 , Pac�e 95 of the Ta.rrarit
County Plat Records , and as shown in ExYiibit "A" , attacY�ed hereto
anc� made a part liereof (a portion of Lot 16 , Block 2. , Woodland
'"�"'"� Hills Addition) , is hereby abandoned and vacated for public use
arid t�e sa;ne is nereby abandoned and vacated insofar as all

portion of said utility easement is concerned.
Section 2 . That the terms and provisions of this ordinanr.e
shall be deemed to he severable, and that if the validity of any
section, subsection, word, sentence, or phrase shall be tield to
k�e invalid, it shall not affect the remaininq part of this
ordinance.

Records in volume 388-150 page 95, Plat Records , Tarrant County, Texas , and

COMMENCING at the North East corner of said lot 16, Thence S 87 degrees

THENCE S 1 degree 24 minutes 19 seconds E distance of 85,03 feet to a point,
