SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF OWNER FURNISHED AGREEMENT WITH IDENTITEC
SIGNS
RECOMMENDATION: City Council to consider approval of the purchase of facility signage from
Identitec Signs for the Animal Services Facility.
FUNDING SOURCE: Funds are available in the Capital Equipment Fund 325 for an estimated
amount of $49,550.
BACKGROUND: This purchase will provide all specialty signage including LED signs,
animal anodized aluminum signs and all interior wall signage at the
renovated Animal Services Facility. The signage was included with the
project plan. The project scope and budget provided for the acquisition of
several owner-furnished/owner-installed items as a way to reduce total
project costs.
Staff recommends approval.
