AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS,
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS ON DOVE LOOP ROAD
NORTH FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF DOVE
CROSSING SUBDIVISION TO THE SOUTH PROPERTY
LINE OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS OF
ENGINEERS PROPERTY; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE
EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE
WHEREAS, the construction of improvements of portions of
Dove Loop Road have been completed and inspected and found by the
City Council to be satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That a portion of Dove Loop Road has been
improved in accordance with the plans and specifications for said
improvements . The portion of Dove Loop Road that has been
improved is described as follows :
Being the east and west sides of Dove Loop Road north from
the south property line of Dove Crossing subdivision to the
; south property line of the United States Army Corps of
Engineers property.
Section 2. That the City has examined and inspected the
completed improvements and it is hereby found that said work and
improvements have been performed and completed in compliance with
the plans and specifications and the same is hereby accepted and
��,,,� approved by the City Council.
Section 3. That the City has heretofore approved the final
property owner rolls and estimates and said assessments shall be
paid in accordance with said rolls and estimates .
Section 4 . That the first installment of the assessment for
said improvements against the abutting property owners shall be
due and payable to the City within ten (10) days from the date of
this ordinance accepting the work as provided in Ordinance
No. 86-13 passed and approved by the City Council on February 4,
1986 .
Section 5 . That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 15th day of December , 1987.
