BE IT ORDAINID BY TF� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section l. That the Grapevine City Code Section 16-32 (A) shall be
amended as follows and all other chapters, sections, subsections, paragraphs,
sentences, definitions, phrases and words of said Code of Ordinances, are not
amended, but shall remain intact and are hereby ratified, verified, and
affirmed:
(A) Fees Established. Green fees for the Grapevine Municipal Golf
Course are hereby set and established as follows:
(1) Weekdays (Monday through Friday) :
(a) Regular green fee . . . . . . . . . . . $ 10.00
(b) 'Itvilight green fee (after 4:30 p.m.) . . $ 6.50
� � (c) Senior citizen (age 62 and above) . . . $ 6.00
(d) Junior (age 18 and under) . . . . . . . $ 6.00
(e) Punch card--Purchase of punch card
entitles holder to fifty (50) rounds
of golf . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $425.00
(2) Weekends (Saturday and Sundays) and Holidays:
(a) Green fee . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 12.00
(b) Ztailight green fee (after 4:30 p.m.) . . $ 7.00
(3) Cart, clubs, lessons, and range ball fee:
(a) Electric golf carts:
1. 18 holes . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 13.50, plus tax
2. 9 holes . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 7.00, plus tax
(b) Private mptorized golf carts:

1. 18 holes . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 6.00, plus tax
2. 9 holes . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 3.50, plus tax

(e) Golf lessons:

2. Assistant professional . . . . . . . $ 17.50, plus tax
(f) Clubs . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 9.50, plus tax
Section 2. If any section, article, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase,
or word in this ordinance, or application thereto any person or circLunstances
is held invalid or unconstitutional by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such
holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the
ordinance and the City Council hereby declares it w�uld have passed such
remaining portions of the ordinance despite such invalidity, which remaining
portions shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
�"'" shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be
fined in a s�n not to exceed Tw� Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and a separate
' offense shall be deemed co�unitted upon each day during or on which a violation
occurs or continues after the notice period provided herein as expired.
Section 4. That fact that the present fees at the Grapevine Municipal
Golf Course are inadequate creates an urgency and an emergency and in the
preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare requires that this
ordinance shall take effect imnediately frcan and after its passage and the
publication of the caption, as the law and charter in such cases provides.
