ORDINANCE NO. 86-14
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVII+TE, TEXAS, ACCEP-
TING THE IMPROVEMENTS ON BUTTERFIELD STREET FROM
TI�E NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF WILDWOOD LANE NORTH
585 FEET; DECLARING AN EMERGEIVCY AND PROVIDING THAT
T�iIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON
�" ITS PASSAGE.
WHEREAS, the construction of improvements of portions of Butterfield
�;,.:� Street has been completed and inspected and found by the City Council to be
satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That a portion of Butterfield Street has been improved in
accordance with the plans and specifications for said improvements and as
required by the contract between the City of Grapevine, Texas, (the "City"), and
St. Francis Catholic Church. The portion of Butterfield Street that has been
improved is described as follows:
Being the north and south sides of Butterfield Street from the
north right-of-way line of Wildwood Lane north 585 feet.
Section 2. That the City has examined and inspected the completed
improvements and it is hereby found that said work and improvements have been
performed and completed in compliance with the terms of said contract and
plans and specifications and the same are hereby accepted and approved by the
City Council.

Section 3. �'hat the City has heretofore approved the final property
owner rolls and estimates and said assessments shall be paid in accordance with
said rolls and estimates.

Section 4. ,,That the first installment of the assessment for said
improvements against the abutting property owners shall be due and payable to
the City within ten (10) days from the date of this ordinance accepting the work
as provided in Ordinance No. 86-03 passed and approved by the City Council on
" January 7, 1986.
Section 5. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
