� =� AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE AMENDED BUDGET
FOR THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1 ,
1984 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30 , 1985; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section 1 . That the budget amendment presented by the City
Manager on September 17 , 1985 is hereby approved for the fiscal
year 1984-85 (see Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and made a part
hereof) .
Section 2 . The fact that the 1984-85 budget needed amend-
ments and revisions to safeguard the financial requirements and
abilities of the City requires that this ordinance be effective
upon its passage and adopted to preserve the public peace, pro-
perty, health, and safety, and shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and adoption, and an emergency is
hereby declared.
