�. AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE AMENDED BUDGET
FOR THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS , FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1 ,
� 1983 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30 , 1984; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the budget amendment presented by the City
Manager on September 4 , 1984 is hereby approved for the fiscal
year 1983-84 (see Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and made a part
hereof) .
Section 2. The fact that the 1983-84 budget needed amend-
ments and revisions to safeguard the financial requirements and
abilities of the City requires that this ordinance be effective
upon its passage and adopted to preserve the public peace,
property, health, and safety, and shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and adoption, and an emergency
is hereby declared.

GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 4th day of September, 1984.

On August 20, 1984 a single budget workshop was held to review the proposed
budget for 1984-85 and a revised budget for 1983-84. The purpose of this memo
is to provide copies of the revenues and expenditures for the current year
revised budget only.
