BE IT ORDAINID BY Tf� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 80-72, granting a cable television
franchise to Teleprompter Co�nrnznity Cablevision, be amendec: by amending sub-
section (a) of Sectian No. 48 relating to Records and Reports, Notice of
Doc�ent Filed with City, and that all other existing sections, subsections,
paragraphs, definitions, words and phrases of said Ordinance No. 80-72 are
amended but shall remain intact and are hereby ratified, verified and
affirmed:
A. That subsection (a) of Section No. 48 is hereb�� amended to read as
follows:
" (a) Annual Reports. Grantee shall file annually with the
office of the City Secretary no later th�in One Hundred Twenty
(120) Days after the end of Grantee's fiscal year a written
report, in a fonn directed by the City Council, which shall
include the following:
� (1) A S�ry of the previous year activities and develoFanent
� of this system, including, but not limited to, services
�,�`'°' begun or dropped, and subscribers' gain or loss.
� (2) A copy of the financial report applicable to the CATV
Systen servicing the City of Grapevine, including the
inccs�roe statement applicable to its operation during the
preceding �velve (12) Month period, a balance sheet and a
statement of its properties devoted to CATV Systems opera-
tions, by categories, giving its investment on such pro-
perties on the basis of original costs, less applicable
depreciation. �rovided, however, that the City Council,
upon giving reasonable notice to the Grantee and by the
passage of a resolution setting out the reasons for the
request, may obtain copies of the financial statement
audited by a Certified Public Accounting Firm sccepted and
appraved by the City.
(3) A current statenent of costs of construction by camponent
categories.
(4) A s�ry of camplaints, identifying the n�nber and nature
of the canplaints and the clisposition.
�-� (5) A list of�all partners, officers and members of the board
� ,�� ., of the Grantee in the parent corporation, if any. �

�� ' (6) A list of all stockholders holding Three Percent (3$) or

�,,, more of the voting stock of Grantee, its parent and any -
affiliate, if any."
Section 2. If any article, garaqraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word
in this Ordinance or application thereto any person or circtunstance is held
invalid or unconstitutional by a Court of ccxnpetent jurisdiction such holding
shall not affect the validity of the remai.ning portions of this Orclinance; and
the City Council hereby declares it w�uld have passed such remaining portions
of this Ordinance despite such invalidity, which remaining portions shall
rgnain in full force and effect.

' Section 3. That this ordinance shall be finally passed 30 days after
its first reading and becom� effective 30 days after its second reading and
its publication as required Ly the City Charter.
