GRAPEVINE , TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the Grapevine City Code Section 16-32 ,
Subsection E�, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 16-32 (A) Fees Established. Green fees for the
Grapevine I�Iunicipal Golf Course are hereby set and established as
follows :
(1) ti�7eekdays (Mor_day through Friday) :
(a) Regular Green Fee . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 7. 00
(3) Golf carts, lessons, & range ball fees:
(a) Electric golf carts
1. 18 holes . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $11. 00 ,
plus tax
2. 9 holes . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 6 . 00 ,
plus tax
(b) Private metorized golf carts
1. 18 holes . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 4 . 50 ,
plus tax
(e) Golf lessons
2. Assistant Professional . . . . . . . . $15. 00
Section 2. If any section, article, paragraph, sentence,
clause , phrase , or word in this ordinance , or application thereto
to any person or circumstances is held invalid or unconstitu-
tional by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the
ordinance and the �City Council hereby declares it would have
passed such remaining portions of the ordinance despite such
invalidity, which remaining portions shall remain in full force
and effect.
Section 3 . Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a r.lisdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof , shall be fined in a sum not to exceed Two
_ Hundred Dol�ars ($200 . 00) and a separate offense shall be deemed
committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or
continues atter the notice period provided herein has expired.
Section 4 . The fact that the present fees at the Grapevine
Municipal Golf Course are inadequate creates an urgency and an
emergency and in the preservation of the public health, safety ,
and �velfare recruires that this ordinance shall take effect
immediately from and after its passage and the publication of the
caption, as the law and charter in such cases provides.
