2020 COUNCIL MEETING
RECOMMENDATION: City Council to consider changing the start time of the November 3, 2020
regular Council meeting to 6:00 pm to allow City Council to attend Meeting
Professionals International (MPI) — World Education Congress (WEC)
Grapevine.
FUNDING SOURCE:
BACKGROUND: On November 3, the Convention and Visitors Bureau is hosting Meeting
Professionals International (MPI) — World Education Congress (WEC).
The event is scheduled to start at 6 pm.
Changing the meeting start time from 7:30 pm to 6:00 pm will allow
Council Members to represent the City at this event.
