AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE AMENDED
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
-- TEXAS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGIN-
NING OCTOBER 1 , 1981 AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30 , 1982 ; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the budget amendment presented by the
Cit� Manager on September 21 , 1982 is hereby approved for the
fisc�al year 1981-82 (see Exhibits attached hereto and made a
pari� hereof) .
Section 2. The fact that the 1981-82 budget needed
amendments and revisions to safeguard the financial require-
men�s and abilities of the City requires that this ordinance
� be effective upon its passage and adopted to preserve the
" pub:Lic peace, property, health, and safety, and shall be in
ful:1 force and effect �from and after its passage and adoption,
and an emergency is hereby declared.
