IVOW, TFiER�I'ORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TFI� C:ITr OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section l. The City Code o� the City of Grapevine,
Texas , Chapter 23 , Section 30 , is hereby amended by addir.g
stop :�igns at the fcllowing described locations :
i�. On Eastbound East Worth at Austin Street
l3. On �aestbound .�ast Wo�th at Austin Stre�t
C. On Eastbound East Worth at Ruth Street
D. On 4��si�bound East Uyorth at Ruth Street
l�. On Eastbound East U7�rth at Eckley Street
l?. On Westbound Eas� War�h at Eckley Street
Section 2 . Th�� the Ci.ty Manager or his agent, is
hereby authorized to have stop signs erected, constructed
and p:Lacec� at such points along said streets.
Section 3 . That all ordi,zances or ar.y parts thereof
in conflict with �he terrns of this ordinance shall be and
hereb�� are deemed repealed and of r.o fo�ce or eff�ct pro-
vided, r.oweve�, that the ordinance or ordinances under which
the c��ses currently filed and pending in the Municipal Court
of thc� City of Grapevine, TeVas , shall be deemed repealed
only when all such cases filed and pending under such ordi-
nance or ordiz�iances have beer. disposed of by a fir_al convic-
tion or a �inGing not guilty of nolo conter,dere, or dismissal.
3ection � . Ir any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause ,
phrase or L�rcvisi�r.s of this ordinar_ce shall be� judged invalid
or, unc�onstitu4ional , the same shail not affect the validity of
this ordinar:ce as a whole or any portion thereof otnEr than
that ��ortion so decided to be invalid or unconstitutio�ial.
Sec:tion 5. Any person, firm or corporation violating any
of the prcvisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemear.or, und upon �or�viction in th� �tiiunicipal Court,
shai]_ be fined in an amount not to exc�.:ued the sum of T�ao Hun-
dred D��llar.s (�200 . OQ) for each offens�.
